Kwik Tic - Test
KwikTic Test is a module which enables Test Results to be recorded in a common database with all other (inspected) defects and repairs.
In addition to enabling test results to be available throughout a site, it also enables a route to compare previous defects and repairs with test results.
Intelligence - the repair station can be used to suggest common defects / fault reasons which have previously caused the same tests failure. |
Intelligence
As tests are recorded - KwikTic learns the common causes for certain failures. Therefore, it can suggest reasons why a failure was detected.
e.g. During TEST_ABC, an OPEN CIRCUIT failure was detected at STEP7. KwikTic may suggest 80% of these failures are due to component D3 having INCORRECT POLARITY.
In this case, a quick check can prove if this is also the case on this occasion - eliminating the need for further fault investigation.
In Brief
Common serial number entry form. This is the same as the Inspector module.
Once a serial number has been selected and the relevant test - the operator has the option of recording a pass or fail. |
Below shows pass / fails on reccently tested products.
The image below shows the options when a fail occurs. Failuremode and test stage at which point the fault was found are entered for later use in the reporter.
